I recently saw a magazine spread on leather skirts and now I just can’t stop thinking about them. I love the idea of a leather pencil skirt teamed with a pair of black heels and a casual top with lots of jewellery for a funky, day time look .
I put the two looks (above) together on Polyvore. The pencil skirt on the left is the cheaper version, a high waisted skirt from Celeb Boutique for £69.99 (approx. AUD$120). The skirt on the right is the deluxe version from Balmain for €930 (approx. AUD$1,350) – just a little over my usual bargain spending!!

Love it!! I think leather is totally acceptable in the office…unless it is a full body catsuit…that may be awkward 🙂

I think it depends on the person and how they wear it. It often comes off as “trashy” in general but with the right person with the right intentions with it on appropriately, I think it should be fine.
