Etta (from Etta’s Threads) and I wanted to do a series of posts about our fabulous lives on either side of the planet and what better way to start then to talk about our favourite seasons autumn and spring.
Over to Etta….
I am going to welcome autumn with open arms… When I hear fall I think of crisp air, cozy sweaters, and sweet potato pie. I am going to miss summer and the scorching temperatures but I enjoy season changes because it feels like a chance to start anew. It also gives me an excuse to revamp my wardrobe and stock up on fall beauty colors!!!!
Rosie from A Red Lip and a Nude Shoe and I have decided to put a series of posts together highlighting Spring in Melbourne and Fall in Seattle. I must say I am jealous that she is going into the warm months while I am going to be layering on clothes hoping to keep warm. Now I know how you felt all summer Rosie!!
None the less, we can not stop fall or spring from happening so all we can do is prepare right?!
I have narrowed it down to 3 lip colors I will be wearing A LOT this fall.
From left to right: Kate Moss for Rimmel matte lip color 107, Maybelline Lavender Voltage 1000, and of course Khroma Beauty “In the Buff” nude lip set.
These are the three lip colors I find myself reaching for all the time and I will for sure be reaching for them during the fall.
