This past weekend I’ve been out sick with a cold and have been on the couch watching bad reality TV and trawling blogs – two of my favourite things! So technically I’ve been resting and drinking plenty of fluids but I have been busy taking notes and making lists for future blogs posts, I just couldn’t help myself.
I haven’t washed my hair since Friday so I wasn’t about to do a make-up or hair post and I really couldn’t muster up the energy to do an OOTD post, unless you consider a robe and PJs the height of fashion! I thought I’d share one of the many “Tag” posts I’ve seen floating around as I love having a slice of inside info into bloggers lives.

10 Little Secrets Tag
1. What is one product that makes you feel like a million dollars?
Liquid liner without a doubt! If I choose to skip it for whatever reason I feel naked and instantly regret not wearing it.
2. What is your skin care secret/passed down tip?
Pop toothpaste on your zits, it works a treat! 🙂 Also, take your make-up off before you go to bed, no excuses!
3. What is your hair care secret?
I wish I had an inside scoop for this apart from regular trims (every 8 weeks) but honestly I’m just lucky to have good hair, thanks Mum and Dad.
4. What is your diet rule?
Don’t beat yourself up if you’re dying for a piece of chocolate, have the chocolate then shut the hell up and eat your greens. Unfortunately I’m not one of those gals that’s blessed with a teeny tiny figure, so I do have to watch what I eat. It’s all about balance, boring but true.
5. Workout tips?
Make sure to do exercises you enjoy otherwise you’ll find yourself making excuses not to do it. If you hate running, don’t run – find an alternative. Don’t be a lazy bitch – you have one body to get you through (hopefully) 80+ years of life, don’t abuse it!
6. What perfume is your secret weapon?
A little red wine behind the ears – kidding!! I don’t really have one signature scent so alas don’t have a secret weapon. Suggestions?
7. An item of clothing that always turns heads
Whenever I wear red I always get a compliment. I need to remember this and start incorporating it more into my daily wardrobe.
8. Most treasured piece of jewellery
Hmmm I don’t have one piece that stands out, but I do love my DKNY watch that my parents bought me (which reminds me I need to get a new battery for it) and my new Tiffany & Co. studs
9. Who is your style crush?
God, who isn’t?! It always changes but the one that remains the same is Drew Barrymore. She’s just gorgeous!
10. Tell us something we don’t know about you
I tried out for the school choir when I was in Grade 3 and got rejected, since then I hate singing in public, aside for karaoke that is. Curse my music teacher, I could’ve been the next Katy Perry.
