OOTD: Simple Jeans & Tee

There’s no mistaking spring is well in truly here! Daylight Savings has just begun this past weekend here in Oz and we’re now entering into party season in “Rosie Land” (it’s a real place, wanna buy a ticket and enter? Buyers beware!!). My social calendar is filling up faster than a fat kid at a buffet and I say BRING IT ON!

While it’s time to bring the cocktail dresses back into rotation and dust off the ridiculously high stripper heels (I don’t have any but the ones I do have sometimes feel this way after a night on the tiles!) I thought it’d be nice to pare down and keep some simplicity into my every day wardrobe, and what could be more simple than jeans and a tee?

There’s just something about a white blazer that sets my heart into overdrive! I blame 80s rockers like this guy but it’s also the way it can make any outfit look crisp and sleek. I love the way it ties this simple white tee and my current fave black jeans from Kmart together. Oh and let’s not forget the houndstooth kitten heels I just casually threw into my basket as I was looking for fun props for my stall at Girls’ Day Out. It was like they were placed right at the front of the shelf for me to snatch up “Hey Rosie, we’re a size 7 in your favourite print. ONE OF US! ONE OF US!”
