HOLD THE EFFING PHONE

There’s a new lip tint that comes in the shape of a teeny tiny wine bottle and I just lost my teeny tiny mind!!

Yes ladies, if you haven’t already heard, Korean beauty (K-beauty for those in the know) brand Labiotte has brought out a range of six wine themed lip tints and they’re fabulous. I’d seen these all over the blogosphere recently and being the wine connoisseur and lipstick whore hoarder that I am I had to get my hands on one.

What I love most about this K-Beauty Chateau Labiotte Wine Lip Tint (aside from the fact that it has a faint aroma of vino – aha, I know how amazing!) is that it isn’t sticky/tacky as most other tints. Also, the colour pay off is way more intense than say, Stila Lip & Cheek Stain, which is one of the main reasons I’ve shied away from the whole lip tint scene. Most lip tints, as their name suggests, leaves a faint colour but this wine tint gives mucho lip colour and the staying power is ah-mazing! I got approximately 4-5 hours of strong colour before it started to fade out and leave a delicate impression that I’d been swilling vino at lunch.

As mentioned, there are six to choose from in the range; Blush Pink, Rose Coral, Chardonnay Orange, Shiraz Red, Nebbiolo Red and Merlot Burgundy. I went with Shiraz Red as I don’t mind a drop of Shiraz now and then and I wasn’t disappointed.

These wine tints are available on Amazon, but I scored this one from eBay for approx. $13.50AUD.

I must admit I’m veeeeeeeeery late to the K-beauty train but so many beauty bloggers swear by it and now that this little gem has been discovered I can’t wait to try more.

Are you into any K-beauty brands?
