Can we talk about black denim for a second? For the longest time I disliked it so much and thought only bogans wore it (with a flanno and a packet of durries as an accessory) but somewhere along the way I came to my senses and actually started to really love the look of a fab pair of black jeans and I decided I needed them pronto!
I love the way black denim can give a rock edge to a sleek, all-black outfit or give a casual flair to a floral blouse.

After a quick Google to see what the hell a turtle dove looks like (basically we’re talking about pigeons!) I’ve decided that these gifts were for eating weren’t they? And here I was naively thinking that somebody was giving some pretty birds as a Christmas present, but alas they were for the feast! *gulp*

Oh I totally hear you on the black denim bogan prejudice! I got a pair of black jeans last year and I love them EXCEPT they stank of black dye so I soaked them and now they aren’t as black as I like. Problems.
