While I may have been on a staycation over the Christmas break I can assure you I was actually whisked away to a fabulous French chateau and indulged at an opulent spa. Yup, I may have been knee deep in suburbia but I can confirm that my senses were far away thanks to Australian-made luxury spa brand, Chateau Ambiance.
Chateau Ambiance have used only the finest natural ingredients to create their gorgeous spa range which features the nourishing Walnut Face Scrub, and a ridiculously delicious smelling Raw Sugar Body Scrub.
The gentle Walnut Face Scrub ($19.95) is made with crushed walnut shells and orange blossom and oatmeal extracts. You all know my skin is very temperamental and this scrub is gentle enough not to irritate my skin, which is a god send! It has a rich, creamy texture and smells like taking a drive through the French country-side.
But I have to admit that the indulgent Raw Sugar Body Scrub ($18.95) is where it’s at! It contains organic coconut oil, rice bran oil & Tahitian vanilla and smells like what I imagine entering the pearly gates would be like. Being raw sugar the scrub is super coarse and really works at buffing away rough, dry skin and the mix of the coconut and rice bran oils leaves my skin feeling softer than a cherub’s bum.
The combination of the face and body scrub has definitely transformed me from blah to ooh la la!
