One thing I’ve noticed about an all-black outfit is that almost everybody loves it. It really is the universal fashion language for steeze (style with ease that is – use it in a sentence today!) the world over, but especially here in Melbourne. It’s almost as if it’s the unofficial uniform for the city and would never be seen as out of place,Β evenΒ at a wedding (controversial), a funeral (obvs appropriate) or in the middle of a hot summers day (stink-fest).
All I know is that it’s day four and I’m really torn! I honestly do love an all-black outfit but I don’t think I could commit to wearing it day after day. With no pops of colour, even in my jewellery selections, I’m finding that I’m relying very heavily on lipstick to give me that colour I’m craving.
Do you tend to go bigger/brighter/bolder with your make-up if you’re wearing an all-black ensemble?

Stunning!! I love your necklace! π xo
Thanks Katie! It’s one of my faves too ππ
You’re welcome ππ
I think it helps that you have blonde hair too, which always lifts an all black outfit.
You look great (and I second the comment about your necklace, it’s a beaut)
Thank you so much! I guess the blonde does help, but I’ve seen so many brunettes rocking the all black too π xo
Agree, black with a bold lip for maximum slayage!
