As I mentioned at the start of this Paint It Black challenge, it indeed is my birthday month (it’s actually next week if you’re desperate to know!) and I would definitely NOT be upset if I had to wear all black for the day if it incorporated a tutu! As most of you know I am a sucker for a tutu and think as a so-called adult that they’re kinda frowned upon and thought of as childlike. It’s a shame they’re not worn more often.
As I’ll now be officially in my late 30s (I know, I can’t quite believe it either) after this upcoming birthday I think it’s time to embrace that “no-fucks” given attitude I’ve been so craving and who knows, I just MAY wear this on the day to work!

OMG that skirt is so cute, or rock chick, or punky, or fancy and yet, I’ve honestly never come across a skirt like this in any shops before.
Isn’t it fabulous? It took me FOREVER to find the right tutu and there it was just sitting in H&M amongst the sale items 😮
D’you know they can be so utterly boring and then they collaborate with a designer and they are fantastic.
I don’t go in very often but when I do I always tend to find some really great pieces
