OOTD: Peaches n’ Cream

After receiving my anniversary email from WordPress last month it prompted me to go back through the archives and read through all the early blog posts from way back when. Yikes, talk about cringe-tastic! I can see that I had loads of ideas that I wanted to share but my execution was terrible.

For example, my outfit post from 2013 titled Strawberry Swirl. I absolutely still love the look but my photos were down right SHIZZLE, to put it nicely! Badly lit, poorly edited (if at all!) and way, way too small. I wanted to take that same idea and flesh it out with a 2017 twist.

I’m still a huge fan of a coloured pant teamed with an all black or white top and what better way to recreate that old outfit than with my new peach jeans from T.J. Maxx? While I was in California I spied these jeans and just knew they were made for me, I mean just check out the button detail…

They’re a welcome addition to the jean-drobe, especially after I ruined my favourite pink ones by spilling something on them! Why oh why do I so easily spill on light coloured clothing and not on all the black? I’m not overly clumsy (lies!) when it comes to grubbing on myself with food but I swear when I do 9 times out of 10 it’s when I’m wearing white or pastels.

Is anyone else a klutz around light coloured clothing?
